Biography
Day Dreams, are a Perth based pop and folk acoustic duo. Karina who has a pop/folk background with her own originals and takes on covers. Then David who plays Jazz and Blues. Their similar interests helped form the duo. They put their own acoustic twist on well known songs to fill the room at any bar, event or wedding, that will make people sing a long and dance.
Karina, is vocalist who has been performing for several years . Her range is versatile with her deep vibrato tones she can sing the likes of Fleetwood Mac,Tina turner and some Adele.
Karina, likes to bring an uplifting vibe to day dreams set with the songs she carefully chooses so everyone in the audience has a good time as well as David and her self.
David is a WAAPA graduate who performs Jazz, originals and covers regularly around Perth. Some of David’s highlights have being playing guitar for musicals when they have come to the Crown.
